    Totally a morning person. I agree with you on how important those first few minutes of the day are, in sorting out the rest of the day. Like a total energy booster. It's wonderful and motivating to see how you manage to incorporate a daily routine despite the chaos around.     Hi Swati, your videos give me motivation ❤️ one thing I like about your videos is is very soothing, calm, no rush and peaceful 😊 since I work i have to follow a routine but most of the times the self care is skipped as we ladies feel that Is last on the priority list. But today after watching your video feels like it's not last… 👍 I too struggle a lot to drink water, tried all fancy things like detox water, buying different kinds of bottles to motivate but all failed. Now just stick to water intake app which reminds me to drink water once in an hr and no matter what I feel I should listen to it 😂 some how manage to drink 2-3 lts per day. 😂 Also i m not a early bird neither i m a night owl. As a working woman my routine changes every day sometimes I feel good because body is flexible but sometimes I think this is not how i misuse my body… Not sure… But just moving on… Planning to follow some fixed routine for new year hope it works!!!

    Very much a morning🌞 person. I feel guilty if I sleep till late. I feel like I have lost some golden pearls. Also an upma lover but with onion, corn and cashew. So happy to see you back to the normal routine in a new city

    I like ur videos but the curd maker u suggested it is not at all good I purchased Bcoz u suggested. Any suggestions to use it properly as curd set is not proper
