I made this last night and am eating it for lunch today. OMGOSH it is delicious. I didn't have any cranberry sauce but it is still yummy (you know when you are making something and you see you forgot to buy something, that was me last night!) Thanks for sharing, I think this will be my Thanksgiving dinner.

I made this today. It was wonderful. I added 2 layers, a white bean hummus without tahini and a layer of seasoned bread crumbs to approximate stuffing or dressing. I made the cornbread mixture and poured it on top. The casserole stayed in the oven for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered so that the corn bread would brown. The cranberry sauce was not baked in the oven rather it was placed on top after everything finished cooking so that each person could put the amount of cranberry that they wanted. Gravy was also served on the side. Very labor intensive but so worth it. Amazingly delicious!

So delicious! I made this last night and it has all the flavors of Thanksgiving rolled into one. A flavor bomb of epic proportions. And Iove that it has no oil. Yummm.
