Just made this but with shrimp and broccoli and capsicum and wow it was actually so delicious! So I guess I don't need to order it from a restaurant anymore.
Iโve tried making pad kee mao a few times using different recipes but this is my fave recipe so far! I added red bell pepper and Chinese broccoli to add more veg
I also used flank steak instead of chicken and to make sure the meat had some flavor to it, I marinated it separately with fish sauce and garlic for about 10 minutes while prepping the other parts of the recipe. I also cooked the noodles and beef separately, using half the sauce for each cook to make sure both the beef and noodles picked up the flavor of the sauce.
Next time though, I think Iโll fry the noodles in the pan for a few minutes to pick up some char before adding in the sauce.
No egg thou?
Helpful tube for ingredient list, but outcome lacked any desirable rationalization.
Except you don't show how to cook the noodles…
Worst recipe ever

I've never seen Thai basil in the store. Also the noodles are hard to find. There are no Asian markets near me.
Which sauce would go well with Dunken noodles?
Missing the Bok Choi but looks amazing anyways.
This is my go-to pad kee moa recipe! It is better than most Thai restaurants I've tried – and so easy once you've prepped everything!
BOOM
Man I always thought there's alcohol in it ๐คฃ

I know this recipe with Krachai roots, has anybody else seen this before?
I don't have a wok๐
I thought there would be some sort of liquor in this recipe thatโs why it is called drunken noodle ๐ฌ
And here I thought we would add some rum or whiskey in it instead of vinegar.
I first tried Thai food, specifically drunken noodles with my girlfriend (who is of half Asian descent) in 2016. I love this dish.
Best and quickest recipe out there!! ๐๐
