Iโ€™ve tried making pad kee mao a few times using different recipes but this is my fave recipe so far! I added red bell pepper and Chinese broccoli to add more veg

I also used flank steak instead of chicken and to make sure the meat had some flavor to it, I marinated it separately with fish sauce and garlic for about 10 minutes while prepping the other parts of the recipe. I also cooked the noodles and beef separately, using half the sauce for each cook to make sure both the beef and noodles picked up the flavor of the sauce.

Next time though, I think Iโ€™ll fry the noodles in the pan for a few minutes to pick up some char before adding in the sauce.

    Thanks for the recipe!
