As someone that smokes BBQ a lot I can say this is the biggest joke and disgrace of a brisket video I have seen yet on YouTube. First off that is a brisket flat not a full packer. Second off what in the hell did you do to rub it down? Never in my life have a seen someone season a brisket or any meat like that lol.

The absolute best Brisket in the entire world is in texas. Franklin Barbecue. 900 E 11th St (at Branch St), Austin, TX. WHEN this quarantine is over please visit this place, you have to get there mad early, HOURS before they open.

Yumm!!! Just a tip, don’t add water just let it cook in its own juices and a little liquid smoke and it will taste a bit more like “smoked brisket” 👌🏼 but very little because it can easily over power the taste of the beef… what about naming your pup “Boss” or “Teddy”?? ♥️
