I would love if you did a drink video and if you did please please try lilac lemonade it is my favorite thing of all time. Just make or buy lemonade and infuse rinsed lilac blossoms into it for as long as you want and enjoy. Love your videos. 💗

I always say to myself – "No, I do not need another vegan cook book". But after flipping through your book in a store, I was so amazed by the look and the recipes. Huge fan of your work and your creativity! <3

Yumm!! This is so fun. I recently deleted tiktok and even yt off my phone (because of shorts, not on my PC tho), because of wasting time on them. I always loved all the gorgeous food content though, it wasn't a waste of time to appreciate all the recipes <3 thanks for the inspo!

I think it's fascinating that someone actually answered to "What's your favourite cake?" with "Marmorkuchen", which is arguably the most boring cake possible 😀

I'm not sure if you're just being cute or not, but the spikey cabbage is called romanesco, while they are both part of the same plant group, it more closely resembles broccoli than cabbage.

The "baked salad" is basically just what I call Ofengemüse and have been making for years. 😀 But I'll certainly give the dressing a try, I usually have it with hummus or a yoghurt-tahini sauce.

Do you remember the champagne cake that you made 2 years ago?Or was it 3?Well i am not vegan but it has been my absolutely go to cake recipe when i bake my own birthday cake.I always bake 3 layers of the cake and i tried using sparkling water/soda water and it worked the same as champagne! Also i made it vegan the first time cuz i had some coconut yogurt laying around, vegan products aint very accessible in my area and ordering them costs a lot.ALSO,i used stevia sweetener the first time(the one thats basically crystals and works like caster sugar) and it turned out AMAZING.Juuuuuuuuuust like 10% dryer but its fine. The second time that i baked my own cake i just used regular non vegan yogurt. But ALAS same ratios.Just a heads up for people that dont wanna use sugar,it has worked perfectly fine for me.I will suggest though that you should make some sort of syrup with water and honey or agave or maple syrup and soak the cakes a bit if you make them with stevia,to give them some moisture back.Thought I'd share this with you 😀
