I love chaffle sandwiches with the mini chaffle maker because it's the right size for a tiny tummy. That sandwich looks delicious. The pizza roll-ups look wonderful except for the pepperoni. I'd probably sub sausage. I think I'm the only person in the world that doesn't like pepperoni.
