Great method for one hour ribs. Looks delicious. I did some one hour ribs couple weeks ago, but totally different. So cool to see even another way. We have a pressure pot, so will give this a go for some fast and easy ribs. Thanks-Phil

Have done this before several times, have dropped the time to 16 or 17 minutes then just keep then on the weber longer with major oak smoke…glad it worked out for you
