I’m not denying that I find Delish to be excellent. There are so many super entertaining videos that I have very much enjoyed. However, my most favorite is watching Tess make ANYTHING. She’s HILARIOUS! Her dynamic with Michael is fantastic. I can’t get enough of when her family gets involved. I love this series! I am disappointed. I didn't know, that Brisket is a meat dish with sweet taste. ohh. hm. I wonder, if the whole dish is more or less ruined, when this part is left out. plus the red wine left out. not sure, how to replace that and make it just savory.

I did a riff of this with a pork top loin roast in my instant pot. It ended up like a stew and was AMAZING. My picky youngest son asked me to add it to the rotation, lol.
