    We also have the last dish (lettuce-wrap pork) in our country. However, instead of bacon, we use steamed/boiled green onions to tie so we don't need to use the toothpicks.

    I have never seen boiled egg used in tartar sauce. Sounds interesting. That prawn burger looks really good, but I think I would remove the tails first for ease of eating.
    You can just bang the head of lettuce down hard on the counter with the core side down. It should release the core from the head. Cabbage should work the same way.
