This looks good I've seen an original recipe but do you eat the outside part? That's the husk of a corn cob correct or am I wrong? I've just never seen that. I'm assuming it goes soft n it's not stringy. But I am very curious. I know there is a lot of veghi4s that ends can be eaten that ppl don't eat or didn't back in the day where I'm from.
