Great job. I just watched Victoria's video today. If you put the filling to the edges of the dough and have rolled into a rectangle you won't need to toss those ends. Keep making videos. So good.

I just purchased all the ingredients for Victoria's keto flour. After seeing your success with the cinnamon rolls, this might be my first baked item with this flour mix. Thank you ladies and have a happy Thanksgiving.

You would cut your food a lot easier if you use a string of some teeth floss. It will cut right through and make it so you can barely even notice what it was cut with. All you need to do is wrap around it once, and it cuts really easy.

I think I need to try these to take to a ladies brunch soon; everyone brings a bunch of crazy carbs and it’s just insane. I also love KetoSerts’ Cinnamon Coffee Cake, which would be great for a holiday breakfast spread. You should also try Serious Keto’s granola. It tastes just like the one you can buy at Sam’s Club in the white bag, and it’s REALLY easy. I love it on yogurt with Lakanto maple syrup. 🤤

Can you PLEASE find a keto pecan pie recipe that tastes just like the real thing? I made four (yes, FOUR) different pecan pies over the weekend, trying to find one that was identical or close to identical, to the real pie. All failures – they tasted nothing even close to the real thing. They all went in the garbage. I even made home made keto corn syrup to put in one of the pies – didn’t help. I was so bummed. I have to have my pie and will likely have to cheat so I can have it on Thursday. 😢. My favorite part is the filling, under the pecans. I can’t figure out how to get that same texture. HELP!!

Oh those look amazing! I will have to make the self rising mix, because I am gluten free and that should be fine for me. If you want a compact stand mixer that is a true workhorse Loving it on Keto (Wendy and Harry) have a coupon code under their videos for Acekool mixers. I have had one over a year, use it every week to make eggwhite bread and it fits perfectly perfectly beside my fridge on the counter. I love it. You two are the best!
