The best part is that they are Dump and Go Recipes that can be made to be made into freezer meals and put into the freezer or just to dump in your Instant Pot. (hence the name – dump and go)
If you don’t have an Instant Pot, no worries, you can made these recipe in your slow cooker also. 🙂

I love beef ribs. Here’s my experiment to see which is better, ribs with BBQ sauce or with a dry rub, cooked in the Instant Pot. Dude decides with The Taste!

This is a great recipe when you want to make up a big batch of duck. It’s quick, easy, and the end result is absolutely delicious! Feel free to add your own personal touch with different liquids, spices, sauce, toppings, etc…GO WILD!!
Recipe:
– Cover bottom of pot with large onion slices
– Place duck breast on onion layer
– add a couple cloves of crushed garlic
– mix seasonings with beef broth (can use apple juice or chicken stock)
– Dump in enough liquid to cover meat
-Set IP to 40min Pressure Cook
– After 5min natural release, do manual release
– Separate meat and discard the other items (broth can be used to keep meat moist)
– Shred the duck
-Add to IP and mix in BBQ sauce
– let simmer for 30min on slow cooker setting

-1 can of young green jackfruit (drained & rinsed)
-1/2 cup water (this was added due to so many having “burn” come on instantpot)

-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
-1 tsp black pepper

1. Sautee’ bacon, onions, and garlic together until onions are tranluscent and bacon begins to brown.
2. Turn off browning feature and fill pressure cooker half way with greens.
3. Place turkey neck bones on top of the greens
4. Fill pressure cooker with remaining greens
5. Pour in two cups of chicken broth
6. Close pressure cooker and cook under high pressure for 30 minutes
7. Once done, stir well and season to taste
