Best collards ever! Tweaked it slightly….Forgot to add the onion and only had beef bullion and used smoked pork shanks.
Made this recipe with hamhocks since that's what the store had and left out the bacon due to that. I added some lemon juice, to cut some bitterness, and served it with haddock that was butter basted. I used the same Tony's seasoning in the butter for the fish, it was so good. Thanks for this recipe, now I don't need to go to the restaurant for theirs, as this is on point texture wise and is exactly what I needed.
These came out absolutely amazing! I was really pleased. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
This was great and looks just like the ones, texture wise, to the ones I eat down the street. This is something I really needed, thanks!
Hands down THE best collard greens recipe! I made these twice following this recipe and they were amazing each time! Thank you for posting this video!!!
Collard greens in my new instant pot💕👌 tomorrow – thank you for the show and how to do it
Thanks for posting this video. I didn't think about greens in my instant pot.
If you bring you chicken stock to a boil on the stove and then add it to your pressure cooker the build up time to pressurized the cooker is cut in half.
I got a Bella pressure cooker for Christmas. I'm going to try your recipe. It sounds delicious. I can't eat spicy food, so I am going to leave out the spice and put sweet relish on top after it is cooked.
I just got my instant pot for Christmas and I can't wait to make collards for the new year!
Love your videos, keep them coming!!!!
I love greens but don't eat pork! What's a good fat replacement without losing flavor?
Does Tony’s have a lot of salt?

Ate a bbq restaurant today and got greens as one of my sides. They brought out some jalapeño vinegar to put on them. Maaaaan that was good.
Any substitute for the bacon for the non pork eaters?

Great video. I will try this recipe the next time I make collards for my hubby. Question: I love kale over collards, can this recipe be used for making kale, as well?
These look like my moms greens! I’m not that great of a cook, and with the time and care that comes with cooking, I really can’t cook. But this look easy. I will most definitely be trying with my new instant pot! Thank you!
Where did you get the animated Santa
He said bacon, egg, and garlic mixture 5:15 😳. I went back like 3-4 times to make sure I heard right, then I went back to the ingredients portion. Ok, I didn’t miss anything. No eggs 😂!
Where is your amazon affiliate link for the pressure cooker so we can buy one?
You rock man! I also loved your pulled pork in a crockpot episode. One of my favorites to make. Keep it up!
Last night I found the spaghetti separator is the best to release steam. It hooks in the top real well and with long handle you feel absolutely no steam. Works great!!!
