If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!

For the au jus just a suggestion I’ve found that makes it so yummy. I add a packet of dry ranch and a small jar or pepperoni’s including the juice and a stick of butter 🧈! It’s so flavorful! My hubby loves it!

These are all great ideas. Buy meats when they are on sale, prep in an afternoon, then take out of freezer and have a good dinner ready easily. I’ll have to give these a try.

Can you do a video on how to convert a recipe from slow cooker to instant pot? If something takes 8 hours on low in the slow cooker, would it take about 25 minutes in the instant pot? Also where do I buy the bear claws?
does any liquid serve well in lieu of water? Could premade gravy be substituted for instance?
Does the meat from the aus jus grinders leave a lot of leftovers for another meal?
The honey sesame chicken looks delicious, but I am not sure why it has sesame in the name because there is no sesame in the recipe.

Ok, everyone… Heres the scoop.
Au Jus literally translates to "with juice." "Beef (sandwich) served with juice." Is beef (sandwich) served Au Jus or just beef (sandwich) Au jus. It could be beef anything served Au Jus.
If you're just referring to the juice, then just say "Jus." The juice proper is not "Au Jus," because that is like saying "here… Have some 'with juice' with your sandwich."

Dump and go is a little misleading, i d expect a full meal dumped in but you only make a meat dish, not a full meal in it.
