hope you guys had a good weekend!
if you have any good recs on what you use to store condiments, please let me know ๐
Great Video Janice usual ๐๐๐ with theteam egg, to get a silky texture without bubbles, after sieving the egg, if there are bubbles, use a kitchen blow torch to get rid of them and then use glad wrap to cover the egg dish, this will prevent any steam condensation from falling into the egg mixture which can cause the bubbles. ๐
Definitely head out to Cabramatta if you want awesome Vietnamese food like Ngoc An & Huong Xua restaurant ๐ also check those restaurants : Yen's Vietnamese in Waterloo, An Restaurant in Bankstown, VN Street Foods in Marrickville, and Minh Vietnamese Restaurant in Dulwich Hill ๐
And for coffee, check Oski in Kirribilli & Lilly's Espresso & Cucina in Rhodes.
had no idea you could get a classic singaporian feed at pitt st mall. i'll check it out some time!
That pho is really pricey.. we have it down in Melbourne for $11 at most Vietnamese shops..
I found some good food containers in Kmart. They seal really well and help keep bugs/moths from getting into your flour.
For the egg if you glad wrap it and cook it on medium heat youโll get less bubbles!
Click clack containers are amazing!
Enjoy all of your videos!! Have a question, what form of Chinese language do you use, and does your beautiful Australian accent inhibit your use of your native language? Good that you accomplished a kitchen organization, you did this with living environment in an earlier video,… very entertaining content!! Have a very good day!!
Oh we got the camera angles you use to do in your travel videos again! I miss those, though I know it takes a lot of work. The steamed egg looks good
I found sets of lucite plastic with tight fitting clamp-on lids. Sets come conveniently sized for all staples.
I will make one suggestion: all of those sacks you put onto the cleaned shelves I would put into ziploc bags rather than leaving them as is. If there are bugs in the product, the ziploc keeps them from infesting your other products and your house. If you have bugs in your house, the ziplocs keep them out.
Also please please please please check out Chicken King in Woodcroft and review their chips and gravy …. hot tip not far from North Kellyville so you can review both places ๐ ๐
hi Janice, I am from vietnam
Can you please please please please check out The Bakehouse in North Kellyville, they have amazing pies and cakes and the coffee is sooooo good too. A must try cafe ๐
3:50 I used to go to Pasteur
You should add a mini metal shelf rack on shelf 1 and 2 so you can stack more spices or items on each shelf layer. it doubles your usable space for the cabinet .
I go to the one in Chatswood the place in the video. Big serving for their price itโs awesome.

The one time one doesn't bring their umbrella is when they need it, gotta love it… LOL
When it comes to cafes, due to personal connections I'm always biased to Circa Espresso in Parramatta, Bruce Tea & Coffee in Glebe and Darcy St Project in Macquarie Park.
Also lovin' the steamed egg recipe.
I also spent way too much time at that Timezone during my younger days ๐คฃ
Ooooh!!! New vid!!! Thought i missed it yesterday.. ๐
Btw, update us once you've got the containers for your sugar, flour etc yeah.. stay safe.. ๐๐๐
Janice mom: why you don't bring umbrella ๐
Janice: ๐ฎโ๐จ no! no! no!
Classic
Jesus $20 for a bowl pho ๐ตโ๐ซ
isnt it tiring to left a camera and act like youre being recorded multiple times?
Hi Janice, I quite like the style of this video, a night out, having best time with your friends, keep up the work, and the steamed egg looks delicious, I could finish the whole dish in one go!
Love your videos! My friend Kiachan also loves your videos and watches them all the time โบ๏ธ

An Pho in Bankstown is really good pho but in the city it will always be Pasteur on George St for me. Though my fave dish there is the vermicelli salad with grilled beef.
Pho pasteur in Parramatta is where I go for pho
I like cafe sydney when the weather is good, also cafe above museum of contemporary art has amazing views
Yay, I've been waiting since Sunday night for your vlog ๐
Mobin Spice containers ๐
I would at brands you can easily get from woolies or coles for your storage (eg Decor or Sistema). Its easy to add extras in the future, just pic the size which suits your kitchen. Love the vids.
Pho Toan Thang in homebush is one of my favourites! Timezone is awesome but I agree lol
gets quite warm! btw, is that steam egg fish similar to chawanmushi?
Try lower heat next time, might help with the bubbles ๐
The best pho in Australia is pho An in Bankstown. Give it a try when you can Janice .
