Great Video Janice usual ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ with theteam egg, to get a silky texture without bubbles, after sieving the egg, if there are bubbles, use a kitchen blow torch to get rid of them and then use glad wrap to cover the egg dish, this will prevent any steam condensation from falling into the egg mixture which can cause the bubbles. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Definitely head out to Cabramatta if you want awesome Vietnamese food like Ngoc An & Huong Xua restaurant ๐Ÿ˜ also check those restaurants : Yen's Vietnamese in Waterloo, An Restaurant in Bankstown, VN Street Foods in Marrickville, and Minh Vietnamese Restaurant in Dulwich Hill ๐Ÿ˜Š

And for coffee, check Oski in Kirribilli & Lilly's Espresso & Cucina in Rhodes.

Enjoy all of your videos!! Have a question, what form of Chinese language do you use, and does your beautiful Australian accent inhibit your use of your native language? Good that you accomplished a kitchen organization, you did this with living environment in an earlier video,… very entertaining content!! Have a very good day!!

Oh we got the camera angles you use to do in your travel videos again! I miss those, though I know it takes a lot of work. The steamed egg looks good

I found sets of lucite plastic with tight fitting clamp-on lids. Sets come conveniently sized for all staples.
I will make one suggestion: all of those sacks you put onto the cleaned shelves I would put into ziploc bags rather than leaving them as is. If there are bugs in the product, the ziploc keeps them from infesting your other products and your house. If you have bugs in your house, the ziplocs keep them out.

The one time one doesn't bring their umbrella is when they need it, gotta love it… LOL
When it comes to cafes, due to personal connections I'm always biased to Circa Espresso in Parramatta, Bruce Tea & Coffee in Glebe and Darcy St Project in Macquarie Park.
Also lovin' the steamed egg recipe.
I also spent way too much time at that Timezone during my younger days ๐Ÿคฃ

An Pho in Bankstown is really good pho but in the city it will always be Pasteur on George St for me. Though my fave dish there is the vermicelli salad with grilled beef.

I would at brands you can easily get from woolies or coles for your storage (eg Decor or Sistema). Its easy to add extras in the future, just pic the size which suits your kitchen. Love the vids.
