Will you be starting up your weekly cooking videos again? I do belong to your meal plan , and I enjoy watching you make one of the recipes each week. It helps me to get an idea of what it will actually be like if I make it.

You raise an excellent point. IF you have healthy food options available, you are much less likely to yield to junk-food temptation. Preparation and planning are the key to success!
