OMG! I just made the biscuits and was very surprised hot easy and great they taste! I added a pinch of xanthan. I will try to sweeten these for a dessert next time. Should be awesome.

I used to use fathead dough on the top of pot pie, but I was able to put these in the toaster oven to bake (saved electricity). Waiting for the chicken to thaw out. BTW, I add 1/4 cup of frozen peas, no carb difference. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would roll out the biscuit batter between two sheets of parchment and use the dish you're going to serve in as a "cutter" to cut out a perfectly sized top for the "pot pie".

Before I started Keto I used to watch lots of cooking video YouTube channels. One of my favorites (it's not Keto!) was Food Wishes. Very well done videos, great cooking skill, great voice, and well edited (not to mention a great sense of humor!). And if I every wanted to know how to cook something I would do a search for "Food Wishes (recipe name)" and see how it was made.

One thing I do to thicken things like soup besides xanthum gum is ground flax seeds. It works GREAT! I lived in Ohio for years. The best thing is friendly people. Here if you want to hang with someone, you have to schedule in advance, and then meet at a neutral location…ie not my place, not your place. Back in T-town I'd just show up at someone's house, and it was cool if we were close friends, and vice versa.

I made those biscuits and I can’t believe how delicious they are!!!!! That is going to be a new staple in the house for busy weeks. They were so good! I added a tiny bit of mozzarella and some sage seasoning, because I love that flavor. The best!!!!
