I always watch and enjoy your videos but I try not to eat bread (unless it is my own sourdough), so will have to pass on this recipe. Wish I could enter for the free air fryer, but 1. I already have 2 and 2. I am in Canada. Just ordered 2 of your cookbooks but I can always find someone else to share it with, should I be lucky enough to win another one.

I have been using my air fryer for roasting veggies and potatoes but now that my daughter is in town we are using it to roast breaded tofu and she also made crispy Vietnamese rice rolls. So effortless! Much easier than using a baking pan in the big oven!

I learned the hard way to buy block cheese for shredding. Pre grated cheese does not melt as easily and clumps when reheating. My son teases me about how often I use my air fryer after telling him repeatedly I would never waste money on another appliance and he was wasting money on an air fryer, yet when I got mine 8 mo ago I use it up to a dozen times a week. Our Christmas tradition has always been driving around looking at Christmas lights on Christmas Eve then back home for hot cocoa and homemade cinamon rolls I'd make the day before. With my daughter and her husband in Albuquerque, my son in KCMO, and me in Hutchinson, KS we can't always get together. We made the croissant casserole this morning and making boneless hot wings to watch the KC chiefs play the Pittsburg Steelers at 3:00 cst.

I spent Christmas in Kansas Ciity, MO with my son, 31 and we made the breakfast casserole this morning in his insignia air fryer and homemade scalloped potatoes for Christmas dinner for Christmas dinner yesterday. I live in Hutchinson, KS and use my own Ninja air fryer. I hope you enjoyed Christmas with your family.
