Ingredients:
Serves 3 – 4 pax

500g of prime ribs (you can also use spare ribs or beef ribs)
1 piece star anise
1 piece of cinnamon bark (5 – 7 cm)
1 thumb size young ginger – minced
2 pieces shallots minced
4 cloves of garlic – minced
1 cup of Chinese rice wine
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of low sodium light soy sauce
2 tablespoons of premium dark sauce
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar (or apple cider)
Enough water to cover the ribs

    It isn't easy to make flavorful foods from a pressure cooker. I see all the aromatics that you've added and flavor shouldn't be an issue after cooking it. I see how easily the meat falls off the bone! Looks wonderful! Thank you for the presentation of your Chinese Style Ribs!

    Hi. Can this be cooked ahead, like hours before they are served ? Is it ok for the ribs to sit in the watery sauce, and I reduce the sauce just before serving?

    Could you please make a similar program using basic kitchen ware that every one has ,because as good as the food looked and the way that he cooked it ,it did seem more of an advert for Multi Cooker and I would love to see it done with saucepans and a wok
