I put corned beef in the IP. 90 minutes on high, if I am going to make it. Hubby told me a couple of years ago that he never liked it so I’ve stopped cooking it. If I want some I buy it at the deli.
I had no corned beef yesterday. Had to work until 8 pm. Made burgers when i got home.

Hi Anita I've been MIA in the carnivore community for the last week, I had emergency gallbladder removal last Wednesday and another procedure done the day after (stone stuck in bile duct) What a week! Now I need to figure out how to slowly get back on the carnivore wagon.😢😮
