Looks tasty, and having 250W/600W choices lets you use it with more inverters and power stations.

Around Black Friday, I finally gave in and bought an electric cooker for car camping. I got a little "5 cup dry, 10 cup cooked" (but that is 5x 6oz Asian rice cups, not 8oz US cups) rice cooker with stainless removable pot. It is 375W and I stole it for $22. I decided to try it as a poor-man's version of your setup, and if it's only good for rice and heating water, I'm fine with that, also.

Then I won a $15 Amazon gift card on Dee's live stream, and found the 3qt Instant Pot on sale for $50 the next day, so got that too. It is 700W. My power station is only 300W, and my little car inverter is only 300W, but I fixed that problem by buying a 2000W pure sine wave Redodo inverter on Black Friday for $140. I love doing most of my year's gadget shopping at steal prices around the holiday season. So, we'll be seeing what different sorts of cooking I do on my next Prius trip. I'll be practicing cooking in them at home before deciding which one to take on the road, or both.

That's a nifty little cook pot. I would consider buying one if I didn't already have a mini Instant Pot, though I don't like that there's no inner pot that can be taken out and washed.

I would cook the carrots and onion with the ground beef to get them cooked through more, instead of adding them after the beef was done. I've never had avocado in a soup. Sounds interesting! I do love guacamole. 🤗

Yep, soup is good all year. I personally don't really like to eat it when I'm dying of heat, though. Lol. It's one of the easiest things to make if you're a good cook with common sense in the kitchen. It's all about the spices and quality ingredients, IMO.
