You know what, this makes total sense. Two of my favorite sammiches are, first the ABLT – Avocado, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato with added egg (I like a fried egg, over-medium… and also cheese), and second a simple Egg-Salad sammich.
This could be chopped up fine and mixed together with a little mayonnaise and mustard (I don't recall if mayo is keto), just enough for flavor (cuz you won't need much, as the avocado adds a creamy mixing element) which can be served open-face on some keto bread, or in a cauliflower wrap.
    Yeah. This is tastyness.
My only change is the dressing… I prefer bleu-cheese dressing… with lots of bleu cheese crumbles.

Love this! Recently I ā€œthoughtā€ I was hungry for lettuceā€¦ā€¦not really! Iā€™ll be making my hubbyā€™s salad with lettuce but not mine. Love what you did here! Thanks!

Neisha, the salad is beautiful 10:15 . Why do you say it's ugly?! The only thing is I prefer my eggs soft boiled. I boil them for 3 minutes and 45 seconds. It's a personal preference. šŸ§”

the main reason I will not use primal kitchen products is they use rosemary and I can not tolerate that herb same as basil makes me ill the smell of it even makes me ill I tend to make my own dressings

No peel eggs in instant pot:
Crack the eggs into the non-stick loaf pan or glass bowl and cover with foil or another type of covering. Place 1 cup of water in the inner pot. Place the pan on the rack in low position.
Place the lid on the pressure cooker and turn the valve to seal. Set the pressure to high for 5 minutes. When the time is up, natural release the pressure for 5 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure and remove the pan from the pressure cooker.
Remove the foil and make sure the eggs are cooked through. If they aren't completely cooked, put the cover back on and PC for another minute.
Use the Mix 'N Chop or another utensil that won't scratch the non-stick surface to break up the eggs into the size pieces you like in your egg salad.

Can I just say that I love your attitude? You always make my day with your natural laidback sense of humor and down-to-Earth personality. I would encourage you to forget editing. You are lovely, funny and I feel like I am sitting in your kitchen with a bottle of Topo Chico and making funny faces at you while you try to stay professional. I agree about that Caesar salad dressing and the need for the yummy umami savoriness from anchovies. Thank you, Neisha!

Iā€™ve tried making eggs in the instant pot and they donā€™t peel well for me and/or they get the stinky green ring on the yolks šŸ˜©
Iā€™m sticking to my tried and true way my grandma taught me: room temp eggs, cover in cold water, bring to boil, cover, turn off heat, set timer for 12 minutes (these are large eggs), plunge into ice water and let them sit for 10 minutes then peel under cold running water. Perfect every time. šŸ„š ā¤ļøšŸ¤©

I did end up making thisā€¦. And it was delish!!!! I didnā€™t have anchovies this time but will add for sure next timeā€¦ a HINT that I learned while seeing the Caesar being made fresh at my table at a local restaurantā€¦ they took the anchovies and mashed them into the saltā€¦. So it then kinda blends into the salad dressing when you mix it in. Just wanted to pass that along!

Massive bilateral rash on back and elbows. Been meat heavy ketovore since Feb, my dr is at a loss. Going to derm soon but not very hopeful anything will be resolved. Tried bile salts for a month no help… i would love any tips or advice
