    I found a oil substitute on line some time ago that you use instead of oil it's called no oil, oil. You can make this substitute in one of two ways. in a pot on the stove top place 1 cup of water with 1 Tbls. of cornstarch mix until it comes to a boil. Use that in your recipe to replace the amt. of oil called for. The other option is to use 5 t arrowroot combine with 1 T cold water. Bring 1 1/4 cup of water to a low boil while stirring add the arrowroot solution. Use this in place of the oil called for in a recipe.

    I am new to this what is Dr Goldner’s view on oxalates? Has she mentioned if they are dangerous for the human body it’s the only problem that holds me back from plant foods as I don’t want kidney stones. Kind regards Lee

    i wonder if i could take adhd drugs still (conccerta and that other new one (advent adjuvent? vivance?) they even have baby or small 25mg? quantity now forced to give me at psychaetri during covid not long ago,, forgot how insanely good i felt on it,, i try not too because im addicted to it (well when you get unliminted for free you dont care about taking them eventually,, its only when i cant get my hands on them and they give me a taste i guess thats only now and since im addicted to anything right now means ive eaten fats or sugars i wasnt suppose to,, yep i actually did fruits and legrandveganphiladeliphia cashews based),, and since im not forced working or school,, i dont need nemore,, but it IS FKIN PARADISE state of mind to me,, everything i do i do WITH CRAZY focus and i LOVE IT,,

    but since it is addictive and all pills have side effects i know i prob should stay away even small quantities,, i tried couple times after he gave to me since he wanted me to start back on it,, i truly am happier on those,, i dont eat much when on concerta or at all,, but since emotionally dont go out enuf helps me not over eating and enjoy everydetail of my life so much more!!!! tho i hear its a speed drug does make my heart go crazy faster constantly its like a hearth elevated in monsterpark skyscarpingthing,, dont know the name in engliush,, those fastro rides ROLLERcoasters yes thats the word,, not as intense but the heart is always about to jump,, helps me keep stable,, loving studying like crazy hours none stop or do chores at home and be fanatic meticulous about it,, or any games that i lost interest in,, i get that crazy focus of perfectionism so GOOOOD feeling all i do is perfection and im loving it,, but i cant believe it would be good for my heart short/long term

    TRUST ME FAT IS FKIN EVIL (but like all wfpb doctors says and brooke goldner,, YU DO NEEd fat (wfpb doctors says around 7 to 10% fat,, and neal barnard said a brocoli has about 8% fat ONLY GOOD ONes too (guessing its 8% of the veggy obviously not your recommended need,, so if you get fat from veggies youd prob need to eat a lot to get what yu need? unsure unclear,, i mean avocado and now i found A NEW FAVORITE WITH NO FKIN me3xican deforestation netflixdocumentary still insanely less worse then animal agg,, OLIVES WHOLE OLIVes in vinegar,, but they cost crazy lot,, and ofc the 4 best fats in the world alge flax chia leafygreens(yabrocoli again)

    still wonder why she have not spoken more of algea and leafy greens as being a good thing for fats or not (i remember a video she spoke a bit of algea but dont remember it fully my bad),, or explain,, many wfpb did encourage some of those including brian clement and many asian vegan cultures

    neways once vegan the oils seems to be BY FAR the worse for my adhd hypersensitivity,, the focusing at school im not sure it helps me tho (as long as i will have my electrik pinching i have issue focusing on other things been 3 years sometimes numbness and worse case electric pinching,,, ( i odont eat enuf fats cause they do give me so many issues,, i know during summer its not an issue,, and i eat lot more veggies but not ass caloric dense starches,, more active too outside,, stil figuring things out,, but lets not give up

    (once was avocado oil i tested and i got very unlucky ,, seems like for hyper sensitivity,, the fat lodges itself right over the neck to the side or sides,, right under the ear a little behind,, i think thats where my tempeture control is very bad (its like its doing something to my brain and i feel very cold cant regulate my tempeture ,, bright lights can give me pain easier headacks,, its like we have headacks but in hypersensitivity form instead,, not actual headacks,, like our senses,, the sounds gets soooooooooo insanely worse in the ears much more agressing to us,, worse thing you can do to adhd in my experience is being agressive or angry irritated agressing senses,, you have to be amazing with yourself patient loving openminded understanding/educated a bit at least to be able to deal/take care of us,, i think but its different to all of us (BUT FAT IS ALWAYS FKIN EVIL,, and fruits and other sugars fast sugars not as much with stable long sugars like WHOLE starches, but they do react with fast sugars/fruits and 99% fats high (omega6 ones,, even in worse case even flax and chia can react sometimes i think,, if its the case its so insanely minute that i never was entirely sure,, tho im still thinking it does,, but you do need fat so,, do your best find the best omega3 vs 6)

    Are flaxseeds immunosuppressive since they work for autoimmune conditions? In my case flaxseeds appeared to be working against my immune system. Dr. Peter Rogers mentioned this in his recent lecture. Thank you!

    waow nice to know 75% 80% raw just like most wfpb raw doctors recommends,, it seems to be much more sustainable long term also,, (but ya i trust you if we sick prob not so great idea) neways im never enuf raw to my taste$$$
