OMG, these are going to be a lifesaver! I've been making flaxseed tortillas, and they're just not yummy. They're also not crispy. They do the job, but I don't look forward to Taco Tuesdays with them. My MIL gave me her tortilla press, and I love that bad boy! Can't wait to whip some of these up! HAPPY DANCE! HAPPY DANCE!

How did you arrive at 2 grams net carbs, 5.5 total carbs minus 5.6 protein = -0.1 net carbs right?
You subtract protein from total carbs to get the net carbs so I don't understand your macros…please explain?

If you flip your taco holder rack upside down, could you place the taco upside down on one of the inverted v’s to cool and hold it’s shape? Just wondering.
