This is my easy technique for Chinese-style steamed fish with soy and ginger. No need for any special equipment…you don’t even need a bamboo steamer.

    Instead of aluminum, you can also use a towel on the bottom.. Just fold the towel into square and can function the same. I love to steam foods including tofu, veggies, fish, scallops. Even ground pork/beef like shumai.
