Emmy, that looks positively scrumptious! I absolutely love Brownies but I’ve never had Mochi before. I imagine the two combined would be even better. I must try this 🤤
The one reason I do not order anything from Bokksu is because the taxes I have to pay to just get it inside my country makes it NOT worth it. It’s hella expensive x.x
Emmie cute 😍and I totally agree 👍about King Arthur. There baking hot line is so helpful. I called them and asked about making spritz with half almond flour and half all-purpose Merry Christmas 🎅🎄Debora Atkins
I'm an Edge Brownie person. I have a confession to make- when I make a tin of brownies, I cut all the edges off, thinly, while it's still warm and eat them all myself. Then I cut the remaining centre portion into brownies and give them away as usual, no one has ever noticed that no brownies have edges or there's no corner pieces. I feel good for sharing this with whoever reads this comment. Thank you.
Just a tip (if you don't already know it) if you toss the chocolate chips or nuts in a tablespoon of flour first they won't sink to the bottom of the batter.
Also to keep parchment paper from flipping over use the metal binder clips that offices use for stacks of paper. Since its metal they won't melt in the oven and can be reused.
Edge, centre, corner, I like all brownies. Wanna kick it up a notch, try buttering them, it ticks most of the boxes of frosting for me but without overwhelming sweetness from adding more sugar to an already really sweet brownie. Or go the other way and make nanaimo bars using brownies as a base…
The link 🇯🇵 https://partner.bokksu.com/emmymade is working now! ✈️Sorry for the hiccup.
I like a nice underbaked center piece brownie
Left the army and Watched 1 video of this lady eating MREs from 5 years ago just now and now I’m watching a video from 5 days ago 🤷🏽♂️😆😆😆
What mic do you use??
What if you flavored the mochi with strawberry flavoring? You would have a strawberry and brownie mochi
i wanna try mochi so bad
I would love to try mochi strawberry…
It's all about the edges when it comes to brownies for me. 😉

@Emmymade If you are allergic to potato, will corn starch work instead?
Wearing the wolf shirt again, you must know it's my fav. ❤❤❤
I'll make a pan of brownies and eat the middle out and toss the edges if they are too crispy, I love the gooey middle
would it be a violation of mochi etiquette to add flavor to it? perhaps no color and coconut extract, or orange color and orange extract? thanks.
I’m definitely an all center brownie person

Everyday is Mochi day!

I've had mochi with ice cream and mochi with kinako, but never mochi worth brownie.
I would love to use your code and try Bokksu, but I am a broke bachelor. :c
10:16 After eating 4-6 of them, sure. 😀
replace all Hostess SnoBalls with these
i got a mochi kit for my birthday so thank you for showing how to make the mochi dough!
Every day is mochi day!
This is a great treat for the holidays, you could make different festive colors – also great to make with kids!
This makes me think of the rice snacks from Pokémon.
2 and a half minutes is a bit much. Omg
Please do a Korean mukbang video. I think it is such a funny trend.
"It's like Kirby, but mochi." I love that.

One word from a new Subbie, "Yummy!"
IMPORTANT QUESTION EMMY: Are you doing bugmas this year?
I see mochi, I click 😍
I'm also a outer brownie girl. I love the edge and the chew.
I've seen some shows where they use those "binder clips" to hold the parchment paper on the sides.
I’m getting hostess snowball vibes from this snack

I love me a good brownie😂😂😂❤
Oh wow. Japan also has this “Pasalubong” culture. Didn’t know that.
