Emmie cute 😍and I totally agree 👍about King Arthur. There baking hot line is so helpful. I called them and asked about making spritz with half almond flour and half all-purpose Merry Christmas 🎅🎄Debora Atkins

I'm an Edge Brownie person. I have a confession to make- when I make a tin of brownies, I cut all the edges off, thinly, while it's still warm and eat them all myself. Then I cut the remaining centre portion into brownies and give them away as usual, no one has ever noticed that no brownies have edges or there's no corner pieces. I feel good for sharing this with whoever reads this comment. Thank you.

Just a tip (if you don't already know it) if you toss the chocolate chips or nuts in a tablespoon of flour first they won't sink to the bottom of the batter.

Also to keep parchment paper from flipping over use the metal binder clips that offices use for stacks of paper. Since its metal they won't melt in the oven and can be reused.

Edge, centre, corner, I like all brownies. Wanna kick it up a notch, try buttering them, it ticks most of the boxes of frosting for me but without overwhelming sweetness from adding more sugar to an already really sweet brownie. Or go the other way and make nanaimo bars using brownies as a base…
