I just made this chili for dinner tonight. AMAZING. Absolutely yummy. I added a whole can of peeled San Marzano tomatoes that i had on hand and reduced the water to 5 cups. Also, added a cinnamon stick and half bay leaf. I'm in the South East and our Trader Joe's didn't have the eggplant hummus- I subbed in reg hummus and it was delicious.

I made this tonight with a few tweaks as I had only bought 1 red pepper when I went shopping. I subbed in a medium carrot for the other pepper. It was really good, and my non vegan husband liked it as well. I watch your videos a lot, and enjoy them so much. Vegan eating is so easy once you get a few recipes under your belt. It is so much easier, in my opinion. Batch cooking, is the way to go in the beginning so you don’t have to cook as much. Try new recipes as you feel like it people. This gal knows what she’s doing, and makes it easy with her ideas and recipes. I only feel well eating vegan, as low carb totally messed my system up after doing it 2-3 years. This food is my savior! Thanks for putting this out there for everyone!

I made this on the stove today. I omitted the cayenne, added a little less than 1/3 cups of sugar instead of 1/4, and added one tbs of salt. It doesn't taste like chili but it's awesome and wholesome. Definitely making again.

I just made this and it's so good! I served it up with rice and greens like you did in the video but I put 1/4 mashed avocado and the juice from half a lime on top. The citrus works really well with it 🙂

This is like my second time making this (I'm making it right now, I just finished putting it on the stove to let it cook) and OH MY GOD is this thing amazing! I'm going to be making this a lot from now on.

I made this on the stove top and it turned out more like soup, I even added extra lentils but it never got thick like yours. Not sure what happened

I just got my instant pot and this is the first thing I made! So delicious and your video was really easy to follow 🤓 (it was a little too watery though so next time I think I'll add 6cups of water instead of 7) xxx
