Hi Diya! I'm Pooja from Bengaluru. Your video's are very motivating, I couldn't stop myself from writing to you. Intermittent fasting is good when done in correct way, I feel it's a very trending and western influenced term. The same thing has been mentioned in the ayurveda & has been followed from ages. The heaviest meal of the day should be in the noon when the sun is at the peak, the movement of sun plays a important role in our digestive system, so when people say intermittent fasting is flexible with time but the gap has to be 16 hrs, it is not so correct because it cannot be flexible. I'm trying to follow the ayurvedic routine which is little difficult to cop up with my 20months old toddler but I have seen changes in my sleep quality and the lightness in my body. Please do some research (as you always do) on ayurveda routine and body type & please try to follow & let everyone know how you feel. Every being that God has created has the connection with the nature & environment, we just have to allign ourselves with that. Hope you do some research on this & post a video soon, I just want to everyone to be mindful of what they do & I'm sure you can reach more people through your work that you do🙂 Kudos & lots of love to you & your family ❤️

    Hii
    Nice motivational video ,
FYI, you can have pasta salad added with chia seeds that also taste good and healthy. In summer or hot days You can add hung curd in salads sometime, that gives you good source of protein and make you feel fresh specially in chickpea ( chole chana) salad.even I make sometime Mexican style salad in which I have add boiled rajma , tofu , green leafy mix(from coles)Italian herbs , other veggies whatever you may like and add black pepper and lemon juice.
And for joint pains always avoid yogurt, pickle at night , long hours leftovers like dal-pulses, rice , fermented dishes!
And if you eating heavy meal at night , better eat millets which has gluten free and no carbs like , I do make at home my own atta for roti, so use bajri, Juvar, ragi and normal wheat flour ! I mix all and put in air tight container , try in small portion,
As I use regularly so I make almost 5 kg .
I know here we have to have heavy dinner as we have to start early so can’t make full dish , our dinner is always heavier then lunch not like India as we use to eat full meal in the morning and light meals at night.

This is great stuff, thanks for posting! I really like your fitness journey. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me lose weight and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

Dear papita seeds are not pumpkin seeds. .you by mistake called papaya seeds pumpkin seeds and in the content description in the end you have written papaya seeds which should have been pumpkin seeds.

45 days I took a fasting 60% alkaline food with no rice n curd, milk very little with yoga n meditation. Body became light. All athritis pain vanished. Rice substituted by flattened rice or oats n more boiled veggies n some sprouts.
