As a Vietnamese person, I love how you are putting Southeast Asian food on the map. It’s so delicious. And when you say you grew up eating salty umami, I resonate with that. My dad would put fish sauce on everything he ate and I would say most of the time…it always made the food taste better. Keep ip the good work!
