When frying chicken you want your oil around 325-330. You don't want the coating to over cook and have raw chicken. You'd think you're wanna be Chef camera man would have told you that. How come you never respond to my comments?

Great show today! And I agree with you, spice should be toned down to enjoy the sandwich. And about the last comment you made concerning the shirts, Nina & I have the Nah Dude shirts. Always love to ring it & bring it with you guys!

I ain't mad at this. I am 100% spicy AF though. BTW – if you like hot sauce, check out Buc-ee's 7 pot primo and Carolina Reapers sauces. Both are the tits.

One thing I like about this style of video is I can cut my watch time down by 50% by fast forwarding through all the miscellaneous hipster movie/tv references. Honestly I'd like to learn more about my Blackstones (yes I have two) but geez this is difficult to watch. More power to those that like this style. I'd just like to learn how to make Nashville Chicken. 🤣

glad you are back at it, enjoy super late-night video viewing when all is quiet. Great sammich, just a suggestion, use two al pans on the griddle for frying, if one ever leaks, you will scare yourself into a new dimension. Clever using the hot oil in the final sauce.

Looks so good CJ. Nice job. Just bought a Blackstone a couple of weeks ago at the Lowe's where we met a while back. I love the thing – Mark
