๐ congratulations on passing the test!! My daughter and I do 15 cookies at Christmas. I have a giant box of cut outs, different toppings, different size tips. I like decorating cakes and cupcakes (I won a contest!). Did you go to Shady? โค We've had so much rain I'm hoping my potatoes don't rot. I'm so disappointed. I still have butternut squash in the freezer from last year lol. I went to the Neely's restaurant when I was in Nashville last. I have that chopper! It's great with peppers.

We had a fair/carnival event at our church. My husband and I were in charge of the hot dog booth, and we had to take a similar test for a one-day event. Of course, the certificate is good for 2 years. A health inspector even came the day of the event to make sure we were doing things correctly and foods were at the right temperatures. Congratulations on passing and getting everything submitted for your license! I see on the weather that there is even a lot of flooding in the NE. Hoping not in your area!

Congratulations!! Not food related, but I remember studying for and taking my notary license exam. I walked in the room and opened the exam and thought, OMG! LOL I passed and made sure I renewed promptly so I would never have to stress like that again. Have a great week!
