I’m very new to dual sport riding and I love watching these videos that show what people bring on longer trips. I’m trying to find people who’d let me tag along and show me some nice spots. I’ve just joins the AZ Dual Sport group on Facebook but haven’t reached out to anybody yet since I just got a 21’ Husqvarna fe350s and I’m waiting on a few items before I head out to go riding, plus the temps are super hot here in Phoenix. So I’ll either be heading north to Sedona and Flagstaff or possibly out near Big Lake since I found a couple longer loops around there or out to Payson because I know that area a little better. Great video! SUBBED!!!

I like to draw a sketch on a pad of approximately where each bag is as a box. Then I list the contents of each bag in the proper box. 1. It's nice to have in case you forget what is where, 2. It helps to remember where things are to begin with, a mental image, 3. It's good for review or as a final checklist before walking out of the door, 4. It may help others find pertinent gear in case of an emergency, 5. If the bike or anything else is stolen, damaged or destroyed it can be an inventory list of items to provide law enforcement or insurance. For the extra 2 minutes it takes to make once the bike is stocked, it could prevent a pertinent piece of gear from being forgotten and it could save invaluable time when time is crucial.

Old school carpenter ruler makes you the goat. Ole Mr Jon knocked my xr over many times because he would forget about his bags width, blame me even though I wasnt even on the bike 😂

Good video. I had two sets of those Nelson Rigg bags and I feel they are the best bang for your buck on panniers. I did treat myself to Mosko bags last year. For the sole reason is they are easy to take off and on plus the don’t droop like my NR bags . My only regret is I got a poly fill big Agnes bag which I should have spent the extra money for the down fill bag. It packs down to half the size of the poly fill bag. To me a chair is a top 3 item when camping. Much better than a campground picnic table or rock. Keep the great content coming.

Apple iphone 2022 or newer has SOS satellite emergency services notify function. One less device to carry. Calling emergency services is not free always and can be costly depending on location. Better to be prepared and know your limits.

Ii looks like you are ready for anything 👍 I got Giwi hard cases on my old Super Tenere, they came with the bike. One thing I always carry is the first-aid kit, other than that it depends on what I plan to do. Excellent video mate 👍👍
