Becky your energy and calmness in peeling that garlic is amazing, i was getting frustrated just from me mincing 8 garlic cloves, you are very inspiring, thank you for all your hard work.

Recipe idea for you. Same bread but use the garlic butter only. Slice those lovely tomatoes and put them on top of the butter then top the whole thing with mozzarella. Bake like you did that pizza and you will love it! My family calls this wacky bread. We usually have it with a salad, wings or even soup

I think it’s genius that you’ve made this your job. You’re work is filming what you clearly love to do and would be doing anyway and when you’re done, dinner is ready and the kitchen is clean and you’re on to family time just like every other working momma. Only you don’t have to drive home and answer that pesky question of what’s for dinner?😜😜
I loved the shot of the floor, now that reality LOL

I love your channel and it inspired me to start a garden for the first time ever this year and it has given me a lot of peace tending to the plants. I live in a small townhome, so mostly container gardening. My biggest success was jalapenos, I have an abundance! I also recently found The Veggie Boys channel recommended on YouTube because of your channel, and have been hooked on their videos. I have one question and hope you might consider and that is possibly getting a microphone that you wear. I always have to turn my volume almost fully up when watching your videos, then the ads blast when they come on. Your voiceovers are fine though. Don't mean this in a rude way, just a thought that might help. Thank you for your videos!

I'd consider it pizza for sure! I've seen frozen versions at the store- I think French break pizzas? Yours is just ciabatta bread pizza! Also, growing up as a kid we often made "personal pizzas" using just regular store bread, and we considered it pizza. It looked amazing- much better than our mini pizzas growing up!

If I lived near you I would have helped you…..I like peeling things🤷🏻‍♀️ Today I had to peel a bunch of whole almonds of their skins. TIP: I found if you pour boiling water over them and let them sit for about an hour, the skins slip off fairly easily. I’m going to chop them up, lightly toast them in a pan of olive oil, and add them to the orzo salad I plan to make. (Pine nuts are usually used, but they’re so expensive!!)

💥💥💥I do hope you see this comment. I shared this trick before hoping you would see it.

    EASY GARLIC CLEANING

💥💥SEPARATE THE GARLIC CLOVES, SOAK THEM IN WATER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES, YOU WONT BELIEVE HOW MUCH EASIER IT WILL BE TO PEEL.💥💥

Really hoping you see this comment it will help you a ton. I buy alot of garlic when I go to the market and that's how I clean all in no time. 💥💥💥💥💥

I had an idea for courgettes, I remember as a child my aunt would make fried green courgettes and they were not too bad as usually courgettecan be bitter, well if anyone ever makes the mistake of boiling one! Absolutely horrid. Anyway, I think the yellow ones would be sweeter and sliced lengthways in to 6 / 8 spears, coated in cornflour and deep fried and after sprinkled with sesame seeds, black ones for the contrast of the colours but I don't know if the flavour will be different. Thought I would share as it would be a nice summer dish to go with an outside or barbecue type buffet or selection of foods for people to enjoy.

We make fresh pizza on the weekly and your Flatbread looks amazing! If you hit it with a sprinkle of dried parsley and parmesan cheese when it comes out of the oven it will up your aromatic game!

I am so excited to see how you preserve your garlic! I am planning to do a large preservation like you did with the garlic pucks. My husband is excited! Do you compost the papers from the garlic? Also, do you have any tips on starting a compost pile?

I saw a video that if you stick a knife into the clove through the peel, twist the knife…. The garlic pops out. No peeling needed. Sent you the video on IG.

When I make French bread pizza I always butter the bread before putting on the pizza sauce because it keeps the sauce from soaking into the bread. I haven’t tried garlic butter though, I’ll have to try that next time.

You can punch down over-risen bread, reshape and let it rise again. Bread is way more forgiving than most people realize! It gets treated like this hard, mysterious process, but it really isn't.

I have two favorite pizzas, vegetarian and Canadian bacon and fresh tomatoes. Both are amazing. Now, I am hungry!! Thank you! 💕
Edit: Just a thought, you could slice the bread and make Bruschetta with different toppings. I love French bread pizza because the crust is my favorite part. Yummy! 💕

We are a heavy garlic using family here and I recently made garlic confit on my smoker and it was the best thing I had ever tasted in my life. I also smoked a pan of garlic with just a drizzle of olive oil and then dehydrated that to make my own smoked garlic powder. Literally so good. 🤤

I add finely chopped parsley in, slightly smaller, garlic butter rolls. Then slice into discs to pop into pocket cut chicken to make chicken Kiev. Easier to poke frozen discs/wedges into sliced chicken.

Next time you do this kinda of pizza, try dipping the bread in milk. That is my favorite way to eat pizza 😀 My grandmother used to do it like that when she cleaned the fridge and all the left over things were put on that piece of bread 😀
