    I understand the selzter water tenderizing the chicken , but that needed to be the first step man. You washed away all your seasoning after you did that. Also you need reseason after you shred.

    I hope I got this right:
    Kevmo’s Alabama White BBQ Sauce
    3 cups of mayonnaise
    3/4 Cup of apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    Big scoop horseradish
    2 tablespoons of brown mustard
    Tablespoon each black pepper, Salt, onion powder, garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    Couple of dashes Worcestershire sauce
    Couple of dashes Tabasco
