those wings look great.
I bought some of this Japanese BBQ Sauce a while ago at Costco…looked interesting. Decided to scour YouTube to see what I could make with this sauce and came across many videos including yours. I like what you did, I have whole chicken wings in the freezer and I think I will do what you did in a future video. Those wings looked delicious and the cooking of the skin was perfect with the flame searing at the end…nice touch.
