Oh, Manly misplacing his socks reminded me of not knowing what happened to my pajamas one morning when I was probably about 4 years old. I was responsible for dressing myself and folding the pj’s up and placing them on the end of my bed each morning. I told my mother I couldn’t find them so she said “that’s ok they will turn up”. Well, they sure did…the very first time I went to the bathroom that day. I was wearing them under my blouse and bib overalls. I couldn’t understand how that happened. That was over 60 years ago and I’ll never forget it.
Titus reminds me of my Daddy. He was always building or making something.

We just found a opposum, I think it's a baby, in our yard. He's soooo cute and he let us pet him. We feed him an apple and we hope he finds his family.

Haven’t had good luck with the slow cooker setting. I think using my regular slow cooker does a better job.
Thanks for the update on the Seasoning I just ordered some.
A lot of times with a roast in my instant pot I will pressure cook til it’s almost done. Then release the pressure and switch to slow cook for 2 hours or so. Cuts down on cooking time and the meat gets really tender that way
