I made these last Thanksgiving and I just looked it up to also do this year. These were so good and easy to make! Would love more holiday recipes in the slow cooker.
I’ll have to try mashed potatoes with coconut milk! I make them with Chosen Foods or Primal Kitchen avocado oil mayo instead of dairy, and they are SO good!

For the first time ever I made mashed potatoes in the slow cooker last Thanksgiving because I wanted to make them ahead of time and put it on the keep warm setting so I’m not mashing at the last minute (I hate that!) or taking up room in the oven or on the stove to keep warm.
Amazing! I never ever thought to do potatoes in a slow cooker. This looks great. Definitely want to give it a try.
