    Hi fam!
Michelle, did you hear my deep breath out all the way over the pond?
I feel relieved because you got that kids free mini vacation, isn't that crazy? 🤪
And Michael thank you! I'm not the only one with the plan to work out daily and not the only one struggeling with the daily part!
If you can do it I should too. My daily goal is 'smaller' than yours, so I can tell myself: he is even running! So please don't let me down. 😉
Linden is so smart and talks so well, I always have to remind me that she is only 4! 😮
Maples 'there are rocks in my shoes' and then following the flying socks and more rocks into the shoes totally crack me up! 🤣🤣
Olive always looks soo happy! She might turn into dangermouse for a while, really sweet but always up to something you don't expect.
Thanks for sharing 😍, I hope I see you next week! 👋🏻

Counting steps—getting your 10k a day…..might be a great middle ground. I do conf calls ( wireless headsets), walking meetings —even pacing counts. Struggling with the same thing….you are not alone….step counting at least works. Good luck

GOOD for you Papa I wondered about you sitting while driving and working while mama gets some exercise keeping up with your kids. And I loved the way you figured out how to make more room in the airstream fridge for the honey, inches turn into feet. It was nice to see you all together in the van, and Michelle's Big Smile told it all lol Looks like y'all just keep getting better be safe thank you for the fun 😊💜🙏

Go papa go!! It will get easier each day! Remember to stretch and take some rest days or you will burn out or get injured!

Don’t forget to give us updates on your running!

For meats in your instant pot, don't use the quick release she taught you. It causes toughness. Use the natural release (NR in recipes) – letting it sit to come back to normal pressure on its own. Quick Release (QR) sucks the juices out. NR keeps the juices in the meat.

Yeah Papa! Loved the maple syrup vlog! Expecting more Papa kitchen videos! Men are often great cooks.
Mommy time is so important, glad you found the drop in preschool. My feeling is your kids enjoy time away from us too and they learn coping skills without us.

No way you have an instant pot I just got one this weekend and I’m learning to use it on my truck. What have you learn recipe wise? That easy and simple to do? I gut the 3 quarts one because my AC/DC converter can handle it the pot is 700watts running after start up. But hay you guys make my 34 hrs break exciting always looking forward to see you guys and be safe and keep the shiny side up is a trucking saying thing I just learn from one of the older driver I’ve meet

What about very short workouts! NYTimes had a great article recently on 6-minute workouts. CrossFit style workouts. Or, get a 2 pound weighted jump rope & begin one of those routines. Plenty to find online. Good luck!

Go, Papa! Might I add, a little upper body weight lifting every day will help to keep your back and shoulders from having pain from sitting at your desk. As an "oldie" I can assure you that taking two good sized cans of soup and lifting them over your head is so much harder than you can imagine. I do it for 10-15 minutes in a day. I admire your efforts in the running. Michelle, I love my instant pot! It is used daily here, for oatmeal to pasta and beyond. So very easy and time saving. I have to also say, the day care idea a few days a week is good for you and the girls. We all need personal space even if it is for only a few hours.

Nice video, guys. Good for you Michelle, taking some time for yourself. We need that. I appreciated that Michael showed combining all of the small jars into one larger jar. A lot of people don't even think of that. Girls are so smart and darling. Keep up with the jogging, it is a great habit!

I love Historical State Park sites. And I love when families with little kids are there. When it is kind of somber it’s nice to see little kids full of life. I think it keeps everything in perspective. It is also important for parents to take time for themselves to keep balance. But my favorite part was the maple syrup! 😂😂😂
