I didn’t realize the printable recipe was a tad different than the video, I had no Cajun seasoning so I had to improvise it. Had no idea you used Creole seasoning which I do have but too late now🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll follow your video next time

Ummm AB, a couple of things. First one must always rinse rice before cooking. This is non-negotiable. Rinsing the rice before cooking gets rid of excessive starch. Second thing, I'm not sure what kind of sausage you used, but if it ain't Andouille, this is a bust. Oh and thirdly, where is the garlic?????

I used to just literally throw everything thing in on low for 8 hours and then add the shrimp, lobster or crab at the last 20 minutes depending on what I was making. These days I don't cook hardly ever and if I do crockpot, it's 10 on low hours since nobody at home. I eventually quit cooking since I make too much and there's nobody around have a bite or two

AB, I noticed the recipe is different from what you used here in this video. You used 2 cans of diced tomatoes here and the recipes leave out the orange and green bell pepper. Did you adjust the recipe or possibly miss adding the tomatoes and bell peppers?
