i wanted so bad to think this was the one for me, (as I've been searching for the past year for one I really like) but even with this recipe, I just still feel like there's too much chili powder, for my taste buds most recipes are overpowering with that one spice 😩 idk what it is, it is me? lol gotta be! but anyways thanks for the recipe I like the beer add-in!

Once saw a UK top chef, cut out the white "Bad tasting" (his words) sections of the peppers, I do this too now and it also makes them easier to cut to a uniform size,
