Both my hubby and I work, but he works more hours (and a more physically demanding job), so I take care of dinner during the week. I am also finishing my degree, so I appreciate anything quick that is also tasty (and vegan, of course). I made your Chili Garlic Noodles yesterday and the Tostadas today (I had already made a French Garlic Bread Pizza a few weeks ago, but yours looks really good too). It was my first time making either and both my husband and I loved them both! They will become weeknight staples around here for sure, thank you!

i really enjoyed this video! thank you for always putting effort into them! would love to see a red sauce video as that’s what i cook with the most and i definitely need some new ideas or just ways to improve my red sauce! as for other recipes, i’m dying to see you try a vegan Lancashire hot pot 😀

All of those recipes look deeeee-licious! 😋 Thanks.
(When you said the word "umami" (2:16) for some reason I heard "Ooh mommie" LOL. And I think that is something I will never be able to un-hear 😆)

Thank you for warning us you would NOT cut yourself — I had to look away (but I am very squeamish with blood anyway).
These all look so good, and yet easy for weeknight dinners. Thanks!

I’d love to see budget weekday videos as a topic. Where you use the same ingredients throughout and don’t count things like salt, seasonings, and oil.

And I’d like to see all the red sauce recipes

I would appreciate more videos like this, it helps me think of what to meal plan, different dishes with similar ingredients = less stress when grocery shopping and easier on my wallet

OMFG trying all three of these recipes this week. they all kick ass! Lopez-Alt and Chlebowski always produce top tier recipes so I know they are going to be incredible. i will have to add another twist to mine though, I also eat gluten free.

Yeah! I think you did a poll recently and I was hoping you’d do something like this going into the weekends. Great first edition! If ideas get hard to come by, I suggest cutting it down to 2 or 1 recipe per video, but don’t think 3 recipes for Friday, Saturday, Sunday didn’t go unnoticed!
