    Is there a reason you presoak the chickpeas and then put them in the pressure cooker vs just using the pressure cooker from dried? I usually just put fry in instant pot, but maybe I'm doing it wrong?

    Always good to see your videos. You are so right about Kroger/ King Sooper having everything. I've found that 9 times out of 10, if I go there first, I can get everything I need. I love their many vegan products too. I live in Fort Collins.

    The hummus looks so freakin good!!! It makes me wanna invest in a pressure cooker because the normal 1.5-2 hours (or more) cook time makes me not want to cook it
