    I just made the vegan bean and bacon. I usually make the Cuban Black Beans, but switched even before I saw this video. I agree, making potato and other things ahead don't taste good to me. Soup looks yummy!

    Girl !!! Looking fab as usual! Since I started cooking quinoa on my pressure cooker! NEVER USED STOVE AGAIN! I literally couldn’t cook it it was always sticky, mushy, gross… just like rice ! Now the pressure cooker like yours” it’s 1 min for quinoa “ THATS IT! And rice is obviously 20 min but worth it ! Going to try the felafels yum!

    I love it that you commented on how food that is prepped for the whole week can get yucky. We've found this to be true with some foods we've prepped. We just don't do it a lot because of that. I've always felt bad because there are so many videos out there that encourage doing this and I just don't like it. So thank you for mentioning that. Great ideas. You also talked about how grains affect you. I have been eating a lot of brown rice and I feel like it makes me gain a little weight. Do you find this to be true? Great video!!!
