Growing up we recycled our bacon grease to cook with and never once got sick from it. I don't understand.
I’ve been told my wife that… but not only the Chinese most of all the restaurant.. because I used to work in Italian restaurant Asian every restaurant is the same process… they always use cheap oil and they don’t want to change the oil because it cost money…. The best is you buy your own food and you cook at home you live longer because every restaurant they don’t care about us their goal is to make money….
