Dash it was great to see you back at it again. Especially nice not to see anyone saying you're doing pizza wrong. So first rule of pizza is "There are no rules". There thats over. So you're not going to get me to criticize anything you did because it's all good. What I will do is give you some tips. And know I worked in a really great pizza place when I was in college. So for in the future spend some time looking at deep dish pizza recipes. That type of pizza lends itself well to cooking in a skillet. You will be able to better utilize the skillet and match the type of crust to that method. And as a alternative to using some sort of grease or oil to keep the crust from sticking I just sprinkle some corn meal onto the dry surface of the pizza stone or cast iron and it won't stick. When rolling or stretching out the dough do what bakers do. Throw down some flour onto your stone counter top and place and work the dough that way. Much easier and quicker. Add flour as needed just like working bread. And here's a nifty tip. When you get bread dough or batter from other cooking foods sticking to your hands just add some flour to your hands and everything will just rub off. No water,no mess. Anyway that's enough for now,I have WAY to many things to add but I've gone on enough already. Sir it's great to see you doing a video again. Looks like it's being fun again. This reminds me of a interview I saw some years ago of Clint Eastwood. He was asked when he was going to stop making movies. His reply he said with a smile " when it stops being fun" Have a great day. šŸ˜ƒšŸ‘šŸ»šŸŒž

I really liked the brisket reveal.

Pizza is like McD's fries, there is a perfect temp to eat it. To hot and your mouth melts and to cold it is just bad food.

It seemed like you didn't have the same energy level you show in your previous cooking videos. Hope you and the family are healthy and happy. Take care Dash.

Holy crap you don't use a trivet under your cast iron on the counter. Damn 1/4 of moose fit on it. She is beautiful. Both of you rusty on videos lol. It sure looked delish Dash. Stay safe & take care of you all. Thanks for sharing eh :))
