Hi Cheryl, I've only just found your channel so spent several hours watching back issues. Really enjoyed viewing them.
I love the fact that you show proper food everyday folk eat. So many cooking channels use complicated and expensive produce.
I'm seventh and our children have long ago left home but I still cook for 4 but now have 2 portions for the freezer each time I make stews, casserole, shepherds pie, or meat pies.
Just wanted to say I enjoy watching your channel for ideas and trips you take around the north.
    Thank you 🌹🌹

Love watching your shopping videos & saying what you going to make with the food you buy. You sound like me, meal planning & don't like wasting food, especially now everything is going up In price.

things are certainly creeping up I have noticed it living in London it is easier to shop around I keep costs down by walking to the supermarkets where I can as well as looking for reduced items that I will use and have a chest freezer to store these items

I’ve been visiting Great Britain the last few weeks and the strawberries and samphire have been amazing. I’ll be very unhappy when I return to the states to no samphire and tasteless strawberries.

Prices really are awful, aren't they? And we're lucky enough to be able to buy what we need.

Thanks for the great video, Cheryl! It adds a bright spot to our lives.

Thank you Cheryl, the strawberries from Sainsbury’s this week are the best I have tasted in a long time (grown in Hampshire) where I live. Look forward to your next video. Love from Franx

I was comparing the prices to our American equivalents to what you puchased ,in the the part of the US where I live it would cost 200.00 US dollars so you did get a good bargain. β˜ΊοΈπŸ€—πŸŒΉβ£οΈ

I have noticed in Sainsburys that a lot of things that I buy are at least 10% more expensive compare to what there are in Tesco & Morrisons. Butter is shocking expensive at the minute and any branded butter such as Lurpark/anchor seems to be Β£2 and over. I paid Β£1.80 for countylife butter out of B and M compared to Β£2.40 in Sainsburys.

I would love to see the bread being made πŸ™‚
Just found your wholemeal bread video, I'm assuming a white loaf would just be a change of the flour? yummy yum yum xx

I live in Northern Ireland and the 454g of proper butter, produced IN Northern Ireland, using Northern Irish milk has increased from Β£2.49 (2020) to Β£2.99 currently…..That's a 30% increase…..This is only ONE item…Extrapolate this across a weekly shop….It's pure extortion….πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
