This looks beautiful and delicious! I have done mine over rice, of course. I also saute mushrooms, onions, and fresh beans sprouts to the meat. Top with cashews or almonds.
I keep fresh minced ginger and minced garlic in my freezer at all times. They keep forever and are handy too.
