Love your channel Mr. B. I particularly like the cooking episodes and the folklore / mythology videos you have done. I have learned so much from you and hope you continue doing these types of videos. Be well my friend.

Even small cultural differences can be unexpectedly surprising. I did a double take when I saw you spreading butter with a spoon, I would have never thought of using anything other than a knife. It amazes me to see (yet again) how culturally set in my ways I am. Nice threads by the way.

Powdered soup is the worst type of soup. It is very hit or miss. I hope someone sends in some canned soups as they are better than powdered soup.

Can you got bacon bones or bacon hocks in Nigeria? They are the best soup ingredient.

Can you get celery? It is another great soup ingredient.

If you can get both you can make a bacon bone soup.

These instant soup mix bring back childhood memories 😀 My mother used to make one sometimes, mostly in winter, in addition to bread. But I have to point out that usually the main meal is lunch in Germany and we only eat bread (with cheese and cold cuts) in the evening, at least on working days. i think this is very uncommon for the rest of Europe where the main meal is dinner.

Would love to send you a package of breadmix for baking a Danish rugbrød (ryebread)
I guarantee you, you have never had anything like it. It's the stable food for any scandinavian, we eat it mostly for lunch, but it's not at all uncommon to eat for breakfast and dinner aswell with an array of pålæg (toppings)
But a freshly baked loaf is in itself delicious enough to eat as is. And it's what they call a super food.

    My usual watching notes:
    -Semolina is just pasta flour.
-You upgraded your measuring cup huh? Wasn't it a condensed milk can when we first met you?
-Twitter has been banned? Sounds exactly like something a terrible dictatorial, incompetent, corrupt and dishonest head of state would do.
    – You could be the only person alive who does not like bread with your soup! Lol also we use buttered bread with soup like you use fufu. It's an essential part of eating soup for us.
    – You know you can add some spicy pepper sauce like Ata dindin or whatever hot sauce you want to the soup. That's a popular thing in western culture. We have Tabasco pepper sauce we add to soups and chili.
    – I'm glad you were able to make it through a video without a power outage messing things up.. That situation makes me so mad. You deserve better!

"Knorr" is nothing like the soup up hear in the northern parts of Europe!!! Don't judge Mr Mike's mistakes as if it was the rest of Europe.
Stay beautiful and happy! And let me know if you want a proper viking soup! You are always welcome to my home.

I think you would enjoy French Onion soup. It is very tasty and I know you enjoy onions. I'm pretty sure Atomic Shrimp did a video of making some too. It is better made fresh than from a packet.
